Giveaway data

For the AURÉ Draw we store one participant profile containing the name, email, phone, inferred or supplied country, preferred language, consent choices, member ID, and private invitation code. We also store entry times, submitted notes, referral history, validation status, and limited security metadata needed to prevent duplicate or abusive submissions. Private notes and contact details are not published.

How it is used

We use this information to operate the draw, enforce the rolling 24-hour rule, validate invitations, select and verify winners, issue vouchers, maintain an audit history, and prepare transactional updates. Transactional communication is separate from optional marketing. Marketing is not enabled unless the participant actively chooses it.

Storage and providers

Giveaway records are stored in AURÉ’s Cloudflare-hosted database. Transactional email events are recorded only after a successful registration. No delivery is claimed unless a configured email provider accepts the message. We do not store payment-card details in the giveaway system.

Your choices

To ask about your data, correct it, withdraw optional marketing consent, or request deletion where applicable, contact aure.jo2026@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained for draw integrity, disputes, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
